Innovative ideas for cultural and creative sectors in Europe

The @diversity Idea Competition is now open!

The "@diversity" European Idea Competition was officially launched on 21 May and is seeking fresh and innovative ideas based on ICT applications to MAKE, ACCESS, SPREAD and/or FINANCE cultural products and services.

The ideas compete in the 4 main categories "Make Culture", "Spread Culture", "Access Culture", "Finance Culture" and one additional category called "Young Culture" for individual and teams that are under 25 years old. This competition is open until 19 August 2013 [23:59 CET].

An online jury of experts, professionals from the cultural sectors, entrepreneurs and artists will nominate 10 ideas per category. Each of the nominated ideas will be presented on the @diversity website and pass to the final jury. On 30 September 2013 the final jury will select 3 winners for each category.

The 15 winning ideas will be invited to the @diversity Idea Award Ceremony in Brussels. Each winning idea will get expert coaching to be developed into competitive business models and will have the opportunity to pitch twice in front of international stakeholders. So, take the chance and shape the future of the European cultural and creative sectors with your idea.

Every citizen of the European Union and Croatia can apply before 19 August 2013 through our website:
